- Born in Shotts, Scotland. Grew up in Stavanger, Norge. Moved to USA in 1957 and stayed. Took up playing about a year ago, traded my car for a set of pipes and a good practice chanter. My dog hates me and my wife makes me go outside to practice so I run not walk to the nearest pub.
