As for the picture not showing up, I'm going to send a report to the hosting service to see what the problem is. In the mean time, you could try using a different browser and see if that works. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you could try Firefox. I'll get back to you when I have word from the technical support.

Next click on the little icon that says "Your Photo"

Next, select "choose file"

Select the file from your computer and click on "done"

Finally, don't forget to click on the "save" button

Once you are on that page, on the left hand side, under your pic & name, there is a "change my photo" selection. Once there, in about the middle of the page, there is your current photo, and a smaller luish box next to it. Click that, it should allow you to upload a photo from your computer. Hope that helped a little!
